Support
Based on our philosophy of "just making it work", we offer a complete range of support packages for systems we have built.
In some cases (e.g. the IEE) we provide conventional maintenance:
- The software runs on the client's servers
- Day to day operation is their responsibility
- Problems are resolved by email
- Enhancements are negotiated as and when required
At the other extreme, we offer a "turnkey service", in effect operating as the client's IT department and handling all aspects of making the service operate as required. We have experience of taking responsibility for
- Providing and operating sufficient servers
- Monitoring the site, and providing uptime commitments
- Providing telephone support and assistance as required
- Providing effort to enhance the site
